Print a copy of the 'New Carrier Packet' from the Documents area above. Fill out all of the paperwork and fax back to (501) 955-4998. The packet includes:

Payment
Terms:
7 Day Pay - Payment is made on the 7th business day after complete paperwork is received. A 4% fee will be deducted from the load's gross pay. 15 Day Pay - Payment is made on the 15th business day after complete paperwork is received. A 2% fee will be deducted from the load's gross pay. 30 Day Pay - Payment is made 30 business days after complete paperwork is received.
