Paul Yates

Maverick Transportation announced Paul Yates from GIA from Springfield, IL as their May 2024 Dedicated Driver of the Month. Yates has been driving with Maverick since 2022.

"Paul is a great driver and a great communicator," said Account Manager Tad Jaques. "He safely does his job and is a good communicator. Paul is also a great guy, always friendly with other drivers and me. He is willing to help other drivers on the yard when he sees they may need help. He returns trailers in good order and reports any issues he may have found. Paul is the type of driver you want on your team."

Outstanding service gets recognized at Maverick.

The Dedicated Driver of the Month program is a high honor for specially-selected Maverick drivers. Every month, Maverick recognizes one driver from the company's fleet who demonstrates exceptional commitment to their profession, while maintaining Maverick's standards of holding safety in the highest regard. At the end of the year, the Dedicated Driver of the Month committee will choose the Dedicated Driver of the Year, which is announced the following January.
