Kerry Osborne

Maverick Transportation announced Kerry Osborne from NSC from Albemarle, NC as their January 2024 Dedicated Driver of the Month. Osborne has been driving with Maverick since 2015.

"Kerry started on the account two years ago," said Account Manager Tina Frier. "Our first in-person meeting was like most: the driver letting me know how they plan to be successful. Kerry has kept his word; not only does he work hard, he takes time out for others. He's taken newer drivers under his wing just to be a resource if they have questions or concerns. I have known of him to stay around to help others secure and tarp loads, take phone calls to ensure and encourage inexperienced drivers. Kerry takes pride in his work and genuinely cares for others. He is always telling me that we are in this together."

Outstanding service gets recognized at Maverick.

The Dedicated Driver of the Month program is a high honor for specially-selected Maverick drivers. Every month, Maverick recognizes one driver from the company's fleet who demonstrates exceptional commitment to their profession, while maintaining Maverick's standards of holding safety in the highest regard. At the end of the year, the Dedicated Driver of the Month committee will choose the Dedicated Driver of the Year, which is announced the following January.
