Gregg Collins

Maverick Transportation announced Gregg Collins of Wayne, WV, as one of their 2024 Trainer Finalists. Collins has been a road trainer for 7 years.

"Gregg is the type of person that when you meet him, it feels like you have known him forever," said his fleet manager, Troy Jackson. "Gregg never meets a stranger and is always willing to engage in conversation or help with whatever you might need. Gregg's personality has served him well as a road trainer. Gregg invests his time in the success of his students, and it is evident he takes pride in training them up and setting them on a path of success. Gregg, I am honored to have you on the team and look forward to many more years."

Outstanding service gets recognized at Maverick.

The Trainer of the Year program is a great addition to the OTR and Dedicated Driver of the Year Programs. It’s been designed to recognize Trainers who exemplify the Maverick Way. The Trainer of the Year Program, along with the annual Trainer Summit, will improve Maverick’s ability to gain valuable insight and feedback.
