Ron Parson

Maverick Transportation announced Ron Parson of Cabot, AR as one of their 2024 Trainer Finalists. Parson has been a road trainer for 7 years.

"I have known Ron for seven years since he became a trainer," said his fleet manager, Morgan Forrest. "Ron is all business and knows what it takes to be successful. He does a great job with his students and many are still at Maverick."

Outstanding service gets recognized at Maverick.

The Trainer of the Year program is a great addition to the OTR and Dedicated Driver of the Year Programs. It’s been designed to recognize Trainers who exemplify the Maverick Way. The Trainer of the Year Program, along with the annual Trainer Summit, will improve Maverick’s ability to gain valuable insight and feedback.
