Thomas Sholar

Maverick Transportation announced Thomas Sholar from COA from Doddridge, AR as their June 2023 Dedicated Driver of the Month. Thomas has been driving with Maverick since 2003, was a Driver of the Month in 2016, and was a Trainer Finalist in 2019.

"Thomas is well-deserving of the DDOM award," said his account manger, Ashlee Wilson. "In addition to his other Maverick awards, Thomas is always looking out for other Maverick drivers. Everyone who knows Tom likes him and knows that he is someone you can call to help you out, no matter what is needed."

Outstanding service gets recognized at Maverick.

The Dedicated Driver of the Month program is a high honor for specially-selected Maverick drivers. Every month, Maverick recognizes one driver from the company's fleet who demonstrates exceptional commitment to their profession, while maintaining Maverick's standards of holding safety in the highest regard. At the end of the year, the Dedicated Driver of the Month committee will choose the Dedicated Driver of the Year, which is announced the following January.
