Starting June 1st, 2022, Maverick health benefits will go into effect the first of the month after just 30 days of employment. That is a 50% drop in wait time for all Maverick employees.

Additionally, new and current Maverick drivers will be able to earn monthly paid time off. Any experienced drivers coming to Maverick with verifiable OTR experience in the last 3-5 years will see earned PTO the month after their 30th day of employment. Student drivers will earn PTO after they reach their 3rd month of employment.
