MAVERICK TRANSPORTATION ANNOUNCES SECOND PAY INCREASE FOR 2021

May 11, 2021 (North Little Rock, AR.) – Maverick Transportation, LLC has announced their second company-wide pay increase this year for drivers in their flatbed, glass, marine and dedicated divisions.

“Our drivers have worked extremely hard during these unprecedented times of high demand and tight capacity, and we are proud to recognize them with this industry-leading pay package,” says John Culp, president of Maverick Transportation.

For flatbed and glass OTR divisions, drivers will see a $.03-$.04 per mile increase (depending upon experience). Maverick is also increasing tarp pay and guarantee pay for their OTR drivers. Depending upon division, this will bring starting pay for student drivers to $.55-$.60 CPM (up to $80,000 first year average) and experienced drivers will earn $.59-$.66 CPM (up to $84,000 first year average).

Additionally, Maverick is introducing major pay increases for many of their dedication divisions, which will include an increase of up to $.05 CPM.

All pay changes will go into effect on May 16th, 2021.
