January 3, 2021 (North Little Rock, Ark.) – Maverick Transportation, one of the Truckload Carriers Association’s “Best Fleets to Drive For” finalists for 2021 has announced a company-wide driver pay increase for their flatbed, glass and dedicated divisions.

Beginning January 3rd, Maverick is introducing a new $.02-$.04 per mile increase for their flatbed and glass divisions, respectively. Maverick is also increasing their tarp pay, short mile pay and guarantee pay for their OTR drivers. These increases translate into substantial compensation growth for both student and experienced drivers. Student drivers will now earn $.51-$.54 CPM and experienced drivers will earn $.56-$.63 CPM (dependent upon division and experience).

Maverick has consistently been a top-paying carrier throughout their 40 years and this move continues to prove that they are committed to their drivers’ well-being and growth.
